Dear Christian, before you go see “The Shack”, remember the serpent was more subtle then any beast of the field

First, let me say, I’m not judging or coming down on anyone who goes to see the movie titled, ‘The Shack’. However, there are a few things you should know, understand and consider before you go do so.

In my humble opinion, any movie that introduces views of God and faith, that are not compatible with what the Bible teaches about God, faith and truth is very dangerous. I’m all about a feel good story, even a feel good fictional story, but the moment you introduce God, faith and his personality into a movie, it had better stay accurate to biblical truth, otherwise it’s very dangerous and damaging to the mind of a believer and can inadvertently lead to a wrong way of thinking and wrong view of God. Use discernment if your planning on going out to watch this movie. Remember Satan comes as an angel of light and the serpent was more SUBTLE then any beast of the field. Below I have posted three videos that will hopefully give you a better understanding of “The Shack” and why you may want to avoid seeing it.

6. The Godhead has no hierarchical structure, just the circle of unity.
7. God submits to human wishes and choices.
8. Justice will never take place because of love.
9. There is no such thing as Eternal judgement or torment in hell.
10. It doesn’t matter which way you get to God, Jesus is walking with all people in their different Journeys.
11. Jesus is constantly being transformed along with us.
12. Everyone will make it into heaven.
13. The Bible is not true because it reduces God to paper.

‘The Shack’ is not merely a book or a movie, it is nothing less than an all-out assault on Biblical Christianity to get you to believe in the “another Jesus” Paul warned about so many years ago. It teaches a false New Age gospel, and presents you with an LGBTQP version of the Trinity. It is not the Bible, does not represent the Bible, and does not present the viewer with God’s plan of salvation found in the Bible.
