“See [re’eh], I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse.”
— Deuteronomy 11:26
In this week’s Torah portion, we are reminded of a profound truth: life is filled with choices. God sets before us two paths—one of blessing, when we walk in His commandments, and one of curse, when we turn away.
The word Re’eh—“See”—is a call to open our eyes and recognize that the decision is ours. Each day, we are invited to choose obedience, gratitude, and faithfulness, and in doing so, step into the blessings of God’s presence and provision.
Each day we are faced with this same choice: Will we walk in God’s ways and experience His life-giving blessings, or turn aside to our own way? The invitation is clear—choose life, choose blessing.
